Time limit: 15 minutes per game per player

Tournament format: 7 rounds using the Swiss System; “In the event of a tie, the secondary tiebreaker will be used”
Recreational Players’ Tournament: A separate tournament for players
without an Elo rating or with an Elo rating of <1300.
Ranking: Tournament winner
The Kurbezirk champion is the highest-ranked player whose primary residence is in one of the municipalities of Adlwang, Bad Hall, Kremsmünster, Pfarrkirchen, Rohr, or
Waldneukirchen
The U16 player with the highest ranking is declared the youth champion
Prizes: Trophies and non-cash prizes will not be split
