The art of brewing for all the senses
We invite you to get to know the fascinating craft of brewing beer. During a brewery tour, visitors are introduced to the world of brewing by our experts and guided through the premises of the traditional monastery.

A general guided tour takes place every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Participation is only possible with prior registration (by 4:00 p.m. the day before). The meeting point is the visitor center.

You can experience a true feast for the senses during a visit to Schlägl Beer World. The best way to do this is to let our certified beer sommeliers guide you through the brewery and learn exactly why Schlägl beer is Austria’s “most VALUABLE” beer.

P.S.: A nice bonus is that afterward, you can show off your new beer knowledge to friends and acquaintances. ;)

Multimedia Beer Experience

The Brewing Pavilion is part of the tour and lets you immerse yourself in the world of beer through a multimedia show. With a captivating multimedia installation and surprising mirror effects, the visual beer experience in the Brewing Pavilion stimulates the senses. The pavilion hovers in the middle of the production process, on the gallery above the bottling line. When you step inside, you find yourself in the middle of an infinitely tall cylinder. As far as the eye can see, you’re surrounded—without any distractions—by messages from the world of brewing and beer.

The new brewhouse impresses with modern brewing technology and a unique atmosphere that brings the soul of beer to life. The Beer World invites you to experience the creation of Schlägl beers in a whole new way:
