The fool in us is a great challenge and at the same time a deep longing. A longing for the lightness of being and the depth of love at the same time, for contemplation and distraction, for sense and nonsense, for laughter and tears.
Such a retreat leads us into the world of "doing nothing" of silence and relaxation. We consciously experience this particular quality of silence and the deeply unfamiliar state of "not-doing" space in order to be aware of the gradually becoming mindfulness and the experience in balance.
