Of all the available approaches to meditation, MBSR is the most frequently and intensively studied. It is particularly suitable for people who want to get to know the different areas of meditation without any experience.
The format, with 6 days and an 8-week follow-up, is suitable for integrating the experience into everyday life. Meditators can gain confidence through the complexity of the scientific studies, as the results of the research are clear and very well suited to eliminating the skepticism often observed at the beginning. Even people with years of experience in meditation can benefit from the exercises. The exercises are suitable for both short sequences and longer phases. We offer exercises lasting between five and forty minutes.
