On our hike together into the moor, we are met by Gerli, a moor witch. She has many stories and legends to tell about the moor and the Attersee region. A special feature is the journey of the pearl fish from the Black Sea to Lake Attersee. With all your senses, you will discover many secrets together in the moor habitat in Seewalchen am Attersee.

The starting point of the hike is in Seewalchen and from there you walk past old trees and are accompanied by a stream for a while until you reach the Gerlham moor.

What luck! Gerli, the moor witch, comes to meet you. She is sad because she will soon have to leave her moor. She has forgotten her most important task. But she is helped to remember again!

Together they search for a treasure chest. Hidden inside is a wondrous story. It tells of the pearlfish's journey from the Black Sea to Lake Attersee. Gerli also has something to do with it.
She finally remembers the task. Now she can stay in her beloved moor!
