Enjoy the traditional doughnut baking in the idyllic Erlachmühle in fair weather, every Tuesday from June to September from 15:00.
Experience the iconic doughnut baking at the Erlachmühle in beautiful MondSeeLand! Enjoy freshly baked farmer's doughnuts made from the mill's own flour on an open fire from 15:00. The snack station opens at 14:00. Discover the only active mill in the entire MondSeeLand, which has been grinding high-quality grain into flour since 1416 and produces fresh wood-fired bread every day.
