In our lovingly renovated building at Laimstraße 12, you’ll find three exclusive and uniquely furnished vacation apartments—ranging from a cozy boutique apartment with a sunroom to a spacious three-bedroom maisonette. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private terrace or balcony overlooking Lake Wolfgang and the surrounding mountains. Situated in a quiet location yet just a short walk from the historic town center of St. Gilgen and the beautiful Lake Wolfgang, the house combines modern living comfort with the idyllic charm of the Salzkammergut. The lakefront is just a few minutes’ walk away, and in about a quarter of an hour you can stroll through the historic alleys of the Mozart village of St. Gilgen with its cafés, restaurants, and market square. Enjoy morning coffee on your own terrace with a lake view, spend the day swimming, hiking, or taking a boat ride across Lake Wolfgang, and watch the sunset over the mountains in the evening—here, you’ll be staying right in the heart of the most beautiful part of the Salzkammergut.
