Enjoy your time out in our spacious vacation apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail for up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children).
The apartment has two cozy bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A comfortable double room with a high-quality box-spring bed.
Bedroom 2: Another double room, which is also equipped with a children's bunk bed - ideal for families.
Living room: The bright living room invites you to relax with a cozy living area.
There is also a pull-out bed for two people in the living room.
Depending on the number of people booked, we will prepare the appropriate rooms for you. If you would like an individual room layout, please let us know when you book.
Kitchen: Our fully equipped eat-in kitchen is the heart of the apartment: A large dining area offers space for 8 people (a free high chair is available on request).Electric stove with ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
Toaster, egg stove, kettle and a coffee machine are also available. There are a few coffee capsules ready for you to start with; you are welcome to order more from us.
Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are available.
Bathroom: shower with washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer, separate WC.
We are happy to provide you with hand and shower towels.
There are 2 televisions with SAT/TV connection and WLAN.
Our garden is at your disposal with sandpit,swings and barbecue .
Service:
- There is a room for drying your clothes.
- On request you can also use the washing machine in the boiler room.
- Parking in front of the house.
- There is space for bicycles in the garage.
- A travel cot (up to 2 years) and high chair are available free of charge on request!
All rooms are equipped with fly screens .

As a specialized alpaca farm, our hearts beat for the "fleece of the gods".
Discover what makes our animals so special:
Precious alpaca wool: We process the high-quality wool from our own animals into cozy comforters, fluffy wool and temperature-regulating felt.
Discover our lovingly knitted scarves, hoods and accessories as well as shoe insoles and other felt products.
Natural wellness: A special highlight is our alpaca keratin soap. A very skin-caring, regenerating natural product that is handmade using high-quality ingredients.
Enjoyment from the farm garden: Depending on the season, fresh eggs, fruit, tomatoes and fine juices, herbal salt and fine schnapps are also available.

Arrival by car:
Exit A1: Take the highway exit Seewalchen/Attersee.
Direction Lenzing: Take the B151 towards Lenzing/Vöcklabruck:
Traffic circle: In approx. 2 km there is a traffic circle (Lidl), take the 4th exit - direction Lenzing/Zentrum.
Traffic lights: Go straight ahead at the traffic lights.
Billa: After approx. 350m turn left, drive past the Billa and then take the 2nd left into a residential street Gallabergerstraße - 30 km/h speed limit.
Straight ahead: You drive approx. 1km, leave the village of Lenzing and come to Gallaberg. Turn left at the next junction.
Farm: After a few meters you will see a farm. After the farm, turn left at the crossroads.
After approx. 40m turn right (you are not driving up the hill) and continue along the road for another 150m until you reach your destination.

Whether leader Valentin, the noble Romeo or the chilled boss Ringo Starr - everyone has their own mind! Will you find out who is the gentle Ricardo or the spirited Akito? In addition to our fluffy companions, our hard-working chickens provide your fresh breakfast egg every day. And who is sneaking around on quiet paws? They are our farmyard cats: Cuddly Vincent and Princess Nala. Can you recognize who's who?
