The apartment is located at ground level on the mezzanine floor (only 4 steps) and therefore offers particularly convenient access. From the cozy loggia you have direct access to the communal garden - perfect for relaxing hours in the greenery, breakfast in the fresh air or balmy summer evenings.

A carport is of course also at your disposal.
