The modern and spacious vacation apartment is located in a former courtyard building of the hammer lords of Spital am Pyhrn, the so-called “Black Count.” The operation in the adjacent scythe forge was ceased long ago, leaving behind a tranquil retreat with historical charm. Since the apartment is situated in the middle of the Pyhrn-Priel region, a wide variety of activities are available in both summer and winter. Whether skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, or a cozy afternoon at the nearby bathing lakes, there is something for everyone here.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. The staircase leads to a balcony that runs along the building and up a staircase to the 2nd floor. You enter the apartment through an anteroom. From this, on the left, is the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering (refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, etc.). Also in the kitchen is a dining table with a corner bench and chairs. From the anteroom, you also enter the spacious bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where the living room and behind it, the bedroom are located. The living room is furnished with a large couch and a television. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom, which has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk.

Parking spaces are located along the garden fence on the left.
