Experience nature-friendly comfort in this newly built wooden house, which is idyllically nestled between vast meadows and deep forests. In an absolutely quiet location on the edge of a settlement, you can enjoy maximum privacy here, as the nearest neighbor is about 200 meters away. Despite this relaxing seclusion, the property is excellently connected: both the motorway exit and the train station are just one kilometer away. The level access also ensures a stress-free journey, which can be completely problem-free even in snowy conditions. The spacious property offers families and groups of up to eight people plenty of space to spread out. The house features three cozy bedrooms as well as an additional sofa bed in the generous living area. Highway exit Rossleithen, direction Windischgarsten, turn left after 200 m (still before the warehouse) towards Rading, after 100 m keep left past the railway, passing 2 standalone residential buildings through a small forest, after a total of 500 m our new wooden house is located on the left side of the road.
