General price information

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: from 15:00

  • Check-out: until 10:00

  • Individual times are possible by arrangement.

  • The key handover will take place in person or via key safe.

Prices & Payment Terms

  • The rental price includes: accommodation, ancillary costs (water, electricity, heating), and the statutory value-added tax.

  • A deposit of 20% is due within 7 days after booking confirmation.

  • The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 14 days before arrival.

  • For last-minute bookings (under 14 days before arrival), the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation

  • From 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price

The conclusion of travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Use of the Holiday Apartment

  • The apartment may only be used by the agreed number of persons. The persons must register for the tourism fee in the PreCheckIn and provide an ID copy or similar to the landlord. The CheckIn is only possible after the tourism fee has been transferred and PreCheckIn has been successfully completed.

  • Parties and events are not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.

  • Open fire and fireworks are prohibited

Duty of Care

  • Guests are obliged to treat the accommodation with care.

  • Damages must be reported to the landlord immediately.

  • The tenant is liable for damages caused by fault. House Rules

 

  • The applicable house rules are part of the rental contract.

  • Quiet times must be observed (e.g., 22:00–7:00).

Liability

  • The landlord is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

  • No liability is accepted for personal belongings of guests.

Welcome! 

Our check-in starts at 3 PM and is completely flexible via a key box.

Address:
Flötzerweg 1, 4573 Hinterstoder
You will drive over a small bridge and a short distance (about 300m) along a private road, then the house will be on your right.

Apartment:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, the entrance is on the left and has a sign. On your keychain, there is also a key for the entrance door to the house.

The key box is located directly at the entrance door.

Parking:
To the left of the house, you will find the carport. The right parking space in the carport is reserved for you and is labeled with the name of the apartment "Bergnest." You can, of course, stop in the driveway for loading and unloading.

If you want to come by public transport, the bus station Schachingersteg is just a few minutes' walk away.
