The Sunleitn Residence is an exclusive house on a hillside on the sunny side of the valley with a breathtaking 180° mountain panorama.

This is a new build, where particular attention was paid to the quality of furnishings, design and comfort.
The combination of the traditional architectural style on the outside and the upscale alpine chic on the inside has created a symbiosis of homeliness.

With a total of only three apartments, each on one floor, the Sunleitn Residence is a very exclusive accommodation in the best sunny location with maximum privacy.

Dogs are also very welcome here.

You can park in the carport opposite or in the surrounding free parking spaces. Our guests also have access to a ski and bike room connected to the carport.

Exit Thalgau via federal highway B158 towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl take the Salzkammergut road B145 towards Bad Goisern.
From Linz:
Regau highway exit onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 in the direction of Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern.
from Vienna/Graz:
Liezen highway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Goisern.
from Villach:
Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße through Gosau, turn left at the Gosaumühle junction towards Bad Goisern.
