With generous 95 m², our holiday home offers the perfect retreat for up to 4 people. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms with double beds; one of them can accommodate a crib if needed. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to enjoy evenings together, while the entrance area with a large children's play corner delights younger guests. Relax in the bathroom with shower, bathtub, and hairdryer (toilet separate) or enjoy the fresh air on the balcony and the large terrace. There, a grill, a children's splash pool, and a sandbox await you. For entertainment, there are three flat-screen TVs (satellite connection) in the sleeping and dining areas, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Accessibility / arrival

On the A9 Pyhrn Highway, take the exit for Windischgarsten. Now drive through Windischgarsten and continue towards Rosenau am Hengstpass, where you will turn right shortly before the town at the signpost towards Berggasthof Zottensberg and follow the road up. After the Berggasthof Zottensberg, your destination is the first house on the right side.

We are in the guesthouse. The hostess is a trained restaurateur, cook, and waitress with 45 years of experience. The host is a former forest worker and installer, very hospitable and also a hunter.
