Welcome to the Lindnerhof - a cozy, rustic farmhouse in the idyllic market town of Helpfau-Uttendorf, just a few kilometers from Mattighofen. The lovingly furnished house offers around 130 m² of living space for families or small groups who want to enjoy country life to the full.

A spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped country kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet await you on two floors. The rustic wooden floorboards and warm furnishings give the house a particularly cozy atmosphere.

Enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside, relax in the small garden with sunbathing lawn or set off on walks, bike tours or excursions in the region directly from the front door. There are numerous leisure activities nearby: a golf course (5 km), tennis courts (3 km), a riding stable (200 m) and the Mattsee bathing lake (23 km) for warm summer days.

Despite the quiet, sunny location, you can reach shops, restaurants and cafés in just a few minutes. The Lindnerhof is a non-smoking accommodation and offers its own parking lot directly at the house.
