The Kogler House is located on the Inslingbach stream. It is a house that has many stories to tell from days gone by—and a house that now offers space for guests in three rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the Kogler House.
Across the street and bridge is the baum seminar center.

A spacious single room with plenty of morning sun and a wonderful view of the greenery. The vintage wooden furniture and the beautiful solid wood ship floor create a warming energy. There is a bathroom with a shower in the room, and a toilet in the hallway.

The duo offers a large double bed made of reclaimed wood as well as a handcrafted children's bed (70 x 100 cm) if needed. The panoramic window is oriented to the north, giving the duo a refreshing, clear energy. Bathroom with shower in the room, toilet in the corridor.

The seminar center of baum is located at Am Inslingbach, about five minutes by car from the Inzersdorf im Kremstal highway exit, making it easy to reach.
Arrival by train
Travel relaxed by train! Get off at the Kirchdorf an der Krems stop and take a taxi directly to the seminar center of baum. If you're flexible with your time, taking a local bus is also possible.
