The reservation is binding upon receipt of full payment. For short-term bookings, the amount must be transferred within one day, for long-term bookings within one week. Cancellations are only valid in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: up to 1 month before arrival 40 %, up to 1 week before arrival 70 %, thereafter 90 % of the total price.
