Holiday apartment & guest rooms in a secluded location in the middle of nature in the beautiful Mühlviertler Highland in the tri-border region of Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

Just 5 minutes from the Hochficht ski area and the Nordic Center Böhmerwald, you will find your own little realm surrounded by forests and meadows.

Escape the stress and hustle of everyday life through the wonderful sounds of nature and take advantage of a wide range of leisure activities.

Skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, sled dog adventures, horseback riding, indoor pools, wellness, and much more.

For sled dog enthusiasts, this is certainly a highlight: Let yourself be inspired by life with twelve Huskies and experience the entire process and the work of the world and European champion team in sled dog sports. You can do without your alarm clock in the morning: ideally, you will be woken up by the multi-voiced chorus in person :)
