The apartment is located in a historic estate, which also houses the Kremstal archery center. The extraordinary, romantic, and quiet location of our historic estate from the 14th century will enchant you!
In the adjacent archery center, both beginners and advanced can pursue their sporting enthusiasm. There is a large archery shop, a shooting hall, a practice range, and a course.

A special highlight is the beautiful winter garden and the great terrace that invite relaxation. The large meadow in front of the apartment is perfect for playing football and offers plenty of space for leisure activities.
For music lovers and musicians, the apartment provides ideal conditions for quiet music rehearsals and playing instruments. Particularly mountain enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here. Whether mountaineering, hiking, ski touring, cross-country skiing, or snowshoe hiking, the area offers excellent conditions for all sports enthusiasts.

For culture enthusiasts, Bad Hall and the Kremsmünster Abbey offer many beautiful concerts and opera performances. City lovers will find in our estate a central starting point for visits to Salzburg (80 min), Graz (2 h), Linz (40 min), Wels (30 min), Steyr (30 min), and Passau (75 min). Furthermore, the Klaus reservoir, the Elisabeth lake, the Alm lake, and the Konrad lake are also nearby.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the western part of the estate. It is 112 m2 in size and features two guest rooms with double beds. In the larger guest room, there is a bunk bed where, in addition to the double bed, up to three children or adults can sleep. The other guest room is set up as a Better³ Anti-Stress room designed for deceleration and deep physical and mental relaxation. The living-dining area also has a pull-out couch where two more people can sleep comfortably. In total, up to 9 people can sleep in our apartment. A special highlight is the beautiful conservatory and the great terrace that invite you to relax. The large lawn in front of the apartment is perfect for playing soccer and offers plenty of space for recreational activities.

Accessibility / arrival

On the A9 Pyhrn Autobahn, take the exit for Ried im Trunkreis and drive 700 meters towards the town. Turn right here and follow the road for 4.2 kilometers until the end and then turn right. After 700 meters, turn left and follow the road for 3 kilometers. Now turn right, after 240 meters turn left, and another 240 meters turn sharply right and immediately turn right again. After 1.9 kilometers, the estate is on the left.
