The fully equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for “expeditions” in the Mühlviertel and Linz surroundings. This apartment is an ideal hub for trips by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or mountain bike - near Linz (20 min. by car).
Fast WLAN, parking space, private access, open fireplace outside, and a cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be used.

The house, including the terrace, has an area of approximately 30 m2

Access for Guests

There is the possibility to park vehicles securely directly on the property.

Other Important Notes

Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, we have a dog ourselves. The property is 4000m2 in size and is not fenced.
The swimming pond is not for the dogs, but there is another small pond where dogs can cool off.
