On the upper floor there are two cozy master bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds and a third bed. On the first floor, another living room can be converted into sleeping accommodation for 2 people on request. In winter, the house can get cold as there is no central heating. Guests have to heat the stove themselves with wood/coal.
The large garden with wooden hut and access to a small stream is a paradise for children to play and run around. While the little ones enjoy nature, you can relax on the terrace and fire up the barbecue. The surrounding area is ideal for long hikes and bike rides. Numerous excursion destinations such as museums, castles and leisure facilities are just a few kilometers away.

This holiday home offers everything for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a large corner bench, TV and lots of board games. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking and has a wooden corner bench, sink, dishwasher, electric stove, bread slicer, microwave and a large refrigerator. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. One bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in closet, another bedroom has a double bed, TV and a pull-out couch for a child. The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and an additional sofa bed and a sink.
In the garden with approx. 350 m² you can relax and enjoy nature. A raised bed with herbs, various fruit trees and berry bushes invite you to linger. In the wooden hut with a small workshop you will find space for hobbies or handicrafts. A seating area invites you to sit together in the open air. A small stream on the property offers cooling and fun for children in the summer.

The steep stairs are not suitable for small children and people with limited mobility.
