Our house with two holiday apartments, newly built in 2022, is located directly in Grünau im Almtal on the Almfluss, in a cul-de-sac. From here you have the option of joining the Almuferweg directly and spending countless hours hiking on the beautiful alpine pasture or exploring Grünau by bike.
For our little guests, there is a large public playground next to our property with lots of great play equipment, a low ropes course and a pump track. In summer, the outdoor pool can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot, and you can also cool off in the Grünaubach and Alm rivers on hot days.
In winter you have the option of taking the free ski bus, which stops 160m, to the family-friendly Kasberg ski area.

The holiday apartment consists of a living/cooking room and two separate double rooms with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove (4 burners), oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as many cooking utensils and all dishes.
The double rooms are equipped with a solid pine bed.

Coming from Scharnstein, drive to Grünau im Almtal. The entrance to our house is diagonally opposite the entrance to the Almtaler Waffenstube. Your destination is on the left (1st house - color gray)!
In addition to renting out holiday apartments, my husband Gerhard and I also run an earthworks company in Grünau im Almtal. When we're not excavating and trucking for work, we like to go hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Our hobbies also include our kitchen garden with many different fruit trees, bushes and vegetable patches.
