The apartment features a cozy open-plan kitchen and living area with a comfortable couch, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a cozy evening after an eventful day.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) to ensure a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is accessible both from the hallway and directly from the bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking make your stay especially convenient—whether you are here on vacation or travelling for business.
Our accommodation is the ideal starting point for hikes, cycling, and mountain biking tours through the Mühlviertel, as well as day trips to Freistadt or Linz. After an active day, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the farm and leave everyday life behind.
