You will have access to a high-quality Miele kitchen with steam cooker, Miele oven, and Miele ceramic hob, as well as a well-equipped bathroom. Two bedrooms offer a direct view of the distant horizon from the sitting area. The windows invite you to cozy hours. It is only a 5-minute walk to the lake. cancellation terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions in accordance with Austrian guidelines apply. Accordingly, the cancellation fee is 40% up to one month before arrival, 90% in the last week before arrival, 70% up to one week before arrival, and 100% on the planned day of arrival or during the stay.

During the low season from November to March, we offer a 10% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more, except for Christmas and New Year's Eve (Dec 22 - Jan 7).
Additionally, from the beginning of November until March 23, 2024, when booking for only 2 persons, you will receive a 15% discount for stays of 4 nights or more, or a 20% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, also excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve (Dec 22 - Jan 7).
