For our guests, the entire vacation home, including the garage, is available. The use of the shorter of the two docks is permitted at one's own risk. Apart from the longer dock and the boathouse, there are no freely accessible areas that may not be used. For those arriving with an electric car, it is allowed, for a fee, to use the CEE 16 three-phase socket (red industrial socket) in the garage for charging the car. (subject to charges)

"Shortly before check-in, contact will be made by phone (or SMS/email) to arrange for the personal key handover. Afterward, a brief joint inspection of the interior and exterior of the house will be conducted, and any special features will be discussed (such as the adjacent boathouse).
If a different check-in method is desired, this can be individually arranged in advance."
