Hikes to the Eisenauer Alm (1h) and the Schafberg (3h) can be started directly from the front door.
Cyclists are also in luck here. In addition to mountain tours, there are also lake tours (Mondsee 24km, Attersee 55km).
In winter, this region offers beautiful skiing opportunities and fantastic cross-country ski trails.
In bad weather, you can take a trip to the cultural city of Salzburg (35km).
