You will find our house in a wonderfully quiet location with an impressive view of the Gosaukamm massif. Enjoy with your family a large garden with children's playground. The centre of Gosau is only a few minutes away.

In summer, we are a perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter, you can reach the Dachstein West skiing area in just a few minutes by car or use the free ski bus.

At your disposal are...

On the ground floor 2 flats with kitchens for 2 to 4 guests.
On the 1st floor, two flats for up to 4 guests each with kitchenettes and children's rooms.
On the 2nd floor 2 cosy flats for 2 to 4 guests with kitchenettes.
All flats have beautiful winter gardens, the flat "Zwieselalm" has a terrace

Motorway exit Golling - Abtenau, Russbach, Gosau.
Gosau: Turn right shortly before the Gasthof Brandwirt and follow the signs for "Kulturzentrum". Haus Leopold is on the right after the residential building.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau.
Gosau: Turn right at the Pass Gschütt junction. Take the second entrance on the left and follow the signs "Kulturzentrum". DThe Leopold House is on the right after the residential building.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: Turn right at the Pass Gschütt junction. Take the second entrance on the left and follow the signs "Kulturzentrum". DThe Leopold House is on the right after the residential building.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
