The 115 m² flat is located in the basement of our house and was lovingly furnished and designed for our guests in 2018. The living space consists of a large conservatory, a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a separate WC and an anteroom.

The heated conservatory with fireplace invites you to enjoy a cosy/romantic end to the day.

With us you can relax and unwind.

We live in the same house and are always available to our guests for questions, problems etc. If we are not present in person, we can be reached reliably by telephone.

The flat has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed.

Our house is located in an absolutely quiet residential community (cul-de-sac), surrounded by woods and meadows.

Approx. 300m away is a restaurant with a garden and lunch menu (Gasthaus Kaiser in der Saaß).

Approx. 1.5 km away there is the fabulous gourmet wine tavern "Gorfer" with a recommendation to visit.

The pilgrimage site of Christkindl with its Christmas post office, which is famous beyond the borders, is approx. 5 minutes' drive away.

The town of Steyr with its beautiful town square is just 10 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit.

The spa town of Bad Hall with its famous thermal baths can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car.

Linz - the European Capital of Culture 2009 is approx. 40 minutes away and the Mozart city of Salzburg is approx. 1.5 hours away.

The bus stop is approx. 5 minutes' walk away and from there the 444 bus takes you to Steyr and back several times a day.

For the skiers among you, the Wurzeralm ski area is approx. 45 minutes away by car.
