An approx. 58 m2 apartment awaits you on the ground floor of a two-family house, with a well equipped kitchen with cosy seating area, spacious living room with pull-out sofa bed and separate bedroom. The garden and the approx. 20 m2 covered terrace are at your  disposal. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a view of the garden, in the centre of which is a mighty weeping willow, or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine under its canopy.

Rosenau, is a district of the village Seewalchen at the northern end of Lake Attersee. You can reach the beautiful, often breathtakingly turquoise Attersee on foot in 20 minutes. If you want to be active, there are plenty of opportunities on the water or in the mountains, from kitesurfing to mountain biking. Explore the most beautiful places around Lake Attersee or plan excursions to Bad Ischl, Hallstatt, the Dachstein or the Höllengebirge mountains, for example.
 
Countless events and activities are on offer. There is the right mix of activity, tranquillity, culture, nature, whatever your heart desires... If you want to experience the really big culture, it is not far to the Salzburg Festival, only 65 km separate us from the beautiful city of Salzburg.
