Our tastefully furnished apartments are located on the edge of the old Town on a hill above the lake Traunsee, some apartments with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and mountains.

Enjoy Gmunden and the Salzkammergut with all the sights in the area to leave your everyday life behind.

Our apartments offer high-quality comfort that will delight you all round. The house is in an ideal central location of Gmunden.

Children are welcome.

We are also happy to make an offer for business travelers with short or long stays.

A flat (approx. 55m²) with high-quality modern furnishings awaits you. From the flat you have a beautiful view of the Traunsee and Traunstein.
A flat to feel good in.

Central location (less than 5 minutes walk to Lake Traunsee), bakery with breakfast option and pedestrian zone with many shops in the immediate vicinity. The tram is a 3-minute walk away.

Pull-out couch (double bed 160cm) in the living room and separate bedroom (double bed 180cm).

Children are welcome!
The accommodation
TV set is a smart monitor. That means without reception part for classic TV programme. Streaming and Chromecast capable. Entertainment hub with Netflix & Co. So don't forget the activation codes and off you go.

We also have a Marshall speaker in the flat. You can use it to connect to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and listen to music.

The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift.
