The secret lies in recognising the essentials

The history of the Madlinger Hof goes back 400 years 
It has been in the family since 1750. At that time, it was still a small, simple farm. With a great deal of sensitivity, vision and creativity, we have succeeded in transforming the simple house into a well-functioning organic farm and an idyllic spot of land 

Our guiding motto is:
"Only those who know their roots can create a future in the present"

Our beautiful piece of land is very quiet, secluded and is located in the neighbourhood of the nature reserve Egelsee, which is a great destination for excursions.
We have been breeding Aberdeen Angus with a lot of dedication and joy since 2012 and since 2015 we have also been baking a traditional wood-fired bread on the farm.

We also offer a spacious holiday apartment for 2-6 people with 95m² and views of our beautiful property, the Höllengebirge mountains and the lake. It has a fully equipped country house kitchen and access to a large balcony.

We are very happy when not only we, but also guests enjoy our beautiful country.
