The apartment "Warscheneck" in our 2-family house is extremely advantageous in a quiet location near the center in Windischgarsten. The upper floor is private and is inhabited by the landlord. So you have undisturbed on the entire ground floor. The beautiful garden is available for you in every season and equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture at leisure.
The house in sunny location spoils with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Right in front of the house are enough parking available. In just a few minutes walk you reach the historic center, the indoor pool, the cross-country entry and the bus stop (in winter ski bus).
Optimal are also the directly surrounding local suppliers (Hofer, Penny, Unimarkt). Thanks to this good connection to public transport and the excellent location, you can even do without your car altogether.
On request, your dog is also welcome. There are wonderful dog trails and the in-house garden is also an advantage for your hairy darling.

The friendly apartment "Warscheneck" is suitable for 2 to max. 4 persons (+ a child in a cot possible) and has a lovingly designed and comfortably furnished total living space of 60m².
The anteroom is 10m2 big. Here are a wardrobe and the fridge. Kitchen & dining room have about 15m2. The bright fitted kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances such as: cooker with ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, thermos, hand and electric mixer, barbecue and kitchen scales. Dishes, glasses, tea towels and dish soap are available. Also tea, coffee and ground spices. In the cozy sitting area with a large table and two chairs is enough space for everyone to eat.
The spacious living room covers 15m2. It has a pull-out couch and another sleeping possibility. In the glass cabinet there are many exciting books for young and old. Satellite flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi are available. In the quiet comfortable bedroom with 15,5m2 is a double bed, bedside tables with lighting and a clock radio. A large wardrobe and a dresser provide plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a large glass shower, a mirror cabinet and a washing machine. A hairdryer, cosmetics and a trash can are also included. The toilet with paper and hygiene bucket is separate. The apartment is heated with central heating.
