Well equipped wooden kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with oven, coffee maker and waterheater. Basics include dishware, organic tea, coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cozy fireplace with wood provided. Sofa sits 6-7, can be converted to a bed that sleeps 2 or more people. Master bedroom sleeps 2 and attached room with access to the balcony and majestic views with a single bed. Bathroom includes bathtub, toilet and washingmashine, detergent provided. Quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, no traffic. You find two parking spots in front of the house, the Altmünster train station is only a four minute walk away. E-Bikes can be rented in Gmunden, which is easily accessible by bus. You reach the Traunsee - lake within a 16 minutes walk. Bring your dog for 15€ per night (charged on site). Salzkammergut-Card for free that provides you discounts up to 30% on local attractions.

A variety of organic tee and coffee, organic oil and vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper at your disposal. During winterseason, we provide you with a box of fire wood.

Cleaning fee: € 80,- per stay.

Dogs can be brought for € 15,- per day. We charge a deposit of € 500.- that will be wired back within a week after your depature at common use (No dogs are allowed on beds or sofas).
