Those seeking adventure can spend a night in the national park under the open sky. Spending a night in the middle of the national park and enjoying the peace and quiet is something very special. The national park bivouac site Weißwasser is located in the Reichraminger Hintergebirge in Weißwasser, not far from the Hintergebirgsradweg along the Saigerinbach.

Accessibility / arrival

The nearest parking lot to the bivouac site is the Weißwasser parking lot.
Access via 8934 Unterlaussa - Mooshöhe - Weißwasser. The bivouac site can be reached from here in about 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bicycle. Access and parking directly at the bivouac site is not possible (vehicle ban from Weißwasser).
