The ground floor welcomes you with a small entry hall including a wardrobe, from which a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There, you will find a large, bright living kitchen with a modern cooking island and complete equipment, as well as a cozy seating area with TV.

The layout of the bedrooms includes one room with a comfortable queen-size bed ($160 \times 200 \text{ cm}$) and a sleeping chair (suitable for children up to 9 years) as well as a second room with two single beds (each $90 \times 200 \text{ cm}$) and a pull-out sofa bed for one to two children up to 15 years. A small storage room, a separate toilet, and a spacious bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, and washing machine complete the living area. The outside area also includes a private terrace with seating and a herb spiral for the apartment.
