A warm welcome to the Hotel-Pension Carossa!
Our house is located between St. Gilgen and Strobl am Wolfgangsee in the village of Abersee, in the middle of a 10,000 square metre garden with mature trees and a large sunbathing lawn.Lake Wolfgangsee is about 10 minutes' walk from our house. There we have our own bathing area for our guests.
A cycle tour on the Salzkammergut cycle path takes you through the marvellously picturesque landscape of our Austrian lake region. - Take the opportunity to borrow bikes from the hotel's own bike hire centre free of charge.
In the heart of the Salzkammergut you can spend a relaxing, culturally appealing, active holiday, where sightseeing is not neglected ...
Our house is ideal for families with children and young-at-heart seniors. They can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a family atmosphere at any time of year.
Our tip for the winter:
There are several ski areas nearby, such as Postalm and Faistenau, which are easily accessible by car.
