Welcome to the "Zimmerbräu", our newly renovated hotel in the heart of St. Wolfgang.
The old "Kauflinger Haus" was built in 1573 and shortly afterwards Aegidius Zimmermann, who was a master brewer, turned it into Zimmermanns Bräu.Over the centuries, the Zimmermanns Bräu became the Zimmerbräu,
where beer was still brewed until 1895.
Converted into an inn in 1895, the building has served as accommodation on the market square in St. Wolfgang ever since.
