Haus Hepi is a newly designed, charming bed and breakfast accommodation in Obertraun

The house is located slightly elevated at the foot of the Sarstein, just a few minutes from the centre of Obertraun and from Lake Hallstatt removed.

The cosy guest rooms are equipped with traditional pine wood furniture, bathroom and SAT-TV and most of them have south-facing balconies with panoramic views of the impressive Dachstein massif.

We are only a few minutes away from restaurants, train station with ski bus stop, ski area and cross-country ski trails.
The Freesports Arena Dachstein Krippenstein with 3 gondola lifts, chairlift, drag lifts, 11 km ski run is 2.5 km away.
The Dachstein West ski region with over 60 lifts and 140 km of pistes can be reached in 20 km.

Payments in cash, by bank transfer and with the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - free of charge.
A deposit of 50% of the booking amount is required. This will be charged to the credit card provided.
The balance plus tourist tax is payable on departure.

The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
The balance can be paid on departure.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the stay will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a fee equal to the full booking amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, a fee of 50% of the stay will be charged.
In case of no-show or reduction of the booking (after the arrival date), the full booking amount will be charged.
