Haus Gut Eisenlehen
Our holiday home "Gut Eisenlehen" is a historic building, and its first written mention dates back to the year 1551. In 2008, a great deal of effort was put into the renovation of our property. It comprises around 175 m² of living space, which includes a kitchen, a dining room, a loft studio with sleeping and living area, three large double bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms and a sauna.
Our holiday home Gut Eisenlehen has a 3500 m² large, fenced garden with ponds and an old wooded area where you can also let your dogs run free. In summer, you can access the adjacent forest with its numerous hiking trails directly from the garden. The bathing areas on Lake Hallstatt are also reachable within a few minutes by car. The River Traun is also very close by and is a very inviting destination for a swim on hot summer days.
You will certainly feel comfortable here with us, whilst enjoying the great atmosphere of the house and the spacious garden.

Our property was very recently renovated with a great deal of time and effort, and is in superb condition.
The entire property was renovated, and this included the technical aspects of the house. For us it was very important that this should be a stylish renovation. Thus, this superb project was completed with a lot of effort and a lot of financial investment. The property combines the charm of the past epoch with the luxury and the cosiness of today. We have also made a great deal of effort to provide furnishings in the style of the property. All bedrooms have comfortable double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen equipment is also brand new and of high quality. Likewise, we chose solid wood furniture for the dining room.
We are sure that you will feel comfortable in our lovely home.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract after the conclusion of the rental contract, a cancellation fee relating to the amount of the down payment (35% of the rental amount) will be charged. The renter has the right to organise a new tenant who enters into the rights and obligations of the contract. In terms of the rental price, the original and the replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable. If the tenant cancels up to 70 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 30 days before the rental date = 80% of the rental price, less than 30 days = 100% of the total rental price.

Our holiday home "Gut Eisenlehen" is located 5 km from the center of Bad Goisern in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Ramsaugebirge. From the spacious garden as well as the beautiful sun terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the directly adjacent agricultural meadows as well as the forests and mountains behind. The view reaches to the "Loser" in the neighboring village Altausse in Styria. The distance to Lake Hallstatt is only a few hundred meters from the house and the ski areas "Dachstein West" as well as "Krippenstein" can also be reached in about 10 minutes. A groomed cross-country ski run leads directly past the house and also the beautiful hiking trail (Soleleitungsweg), which leads from Hallstatt to Ebensee, is also next to the house. The location is therefore very natural and quiet. The inner Salzkammergut is known as one of the most beautiful regions of this beautiful earth. Surrounded by magnificent mountains, large alpine pastures, glassy bathing lakes with drinking water quality and only about one car trip from the city of Salzburg. Bad Goisern is located in the middle of this beautiful region.
