Secluded location on a hill on the southern shore of the Irrsee, the warmest lake in the Salzkammergut, with fantastic lake views, exclusive lake and bathing access, a wide variety of animals and countless leisure activities at any time of year.

We offer our guests cordiality, family warmth, rustic-modern accommodation with high standards, lots of comfort, variety for children and pure relaxation for adults in one of Austria's most popular vacation regions.

Our completely renovated farm offers something for everyone - sport, adventure, relaxation and coziness. The little ones will find countless playmates and enjoy tractor rides over the hills and meadows of the Salzkammergut, pony rides, playing in the climbing paradise and romping in the hay.

The adults enjoy barbecue evenings, boundless nature, rowing with our wooden boat on the Irrsee, beautiful hiking trails, breathtaking climbing paths and excursions to the beautiful surroundings of the Salzkammergut and to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart.

Our family has been running the organic farm for eight generations now. We are known for our warmth, hospitality and humor. Quality and the satisfaction of our guests are our claim - with joy and success.

Our cottage room is located in the house next door and is at ground level - so there are no steps or floors to climb. Directly at the room exit is the large inner courtyard with sunbathing lawn and playground.

Our large vacation apartment in the adjoining house is very generously furnished with approx. 100m² of living space in country house style with lots of old wood. This apartment has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room with tiled stove and terrace overlooking the lake - from here you have a great panoramic view over the entire Irrsee - as well as the fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with balcony, master bedroom with lake view, bathroom and a separate WC.
Free W-LAN is available in the apartment.
