The holiday cottage is a detached house that was completely renovated in 2007 and is only available to our guests. 100m² of cosiness for 2-8 people. Both floors are heated by underfloor heating in the cold season. On the ground floor, a small anteroom with a cloakroom leads to the 32m² living area with a dining area and a cosy living area. A tiled stove creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly days. A well-stocked kitchen rounds off the ambience in the living area. A separate exit leads directly to the leisure centre.
The sleeping area on the 1st floor has parquet flooring and the 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom has an additional bunk bed combination, while the other has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people. Bathroom and WC are on the 1st floor.
The "Salettl" in front of the house with our butterfly set invites you to sit comfortably. Often already for breakfast.
A lot of emphasis was placed on colour and harmony throughout the house.
All installations are new. An environmentally friendly air heat pump serves as a source of heating and hot water.
Pure nature in the middle of our spacious garden with swimming pond, gazebo, barbecue area, playground and petting zoo. 5 minutes' walk to the village and local amenities.

The 75m² flat is located on the 1st floor of an independent house and offers space for 2-7 people.
A vestibule with cloakroom leads to the living room, which is equipped with a well-stocked new kitchenette, a dining area and a cosy couch. The 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom also has a bunk bed, the other bedroom has a pull-out couch for another sleeping place.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.
The flat is located directly at the swimming biotope surrounded by the garden and the fields of the property.
Quiet location directly in the countryside, 5 minutes walk to the village and to local suppliers;
