The entire apartment has its own entrance. You live on the first floor in an approx. 70m² large and light-flooded apartment with a bedroom including a double bed. The apartment includes a bed-sitting room with a pull-out couch for 2 people and a seating area as well as a bathroom / toilet and anteroom. The kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove and wood stove, refrigerator and coffee maker as well as plenty of dishes and table linen. A light-flooded, bright living room with seating area and spacious dining area awaits you for your cozy hours.

Getting there: Coming from Linz on the B127 up to 1 km after Altenfelden turn left towards Oberkappl / Lembach. After 50m turn right after Hühnergeschrei towards Sarleinsbach. At the entrance of Sarleinsbach to the roundabout.
From Passau via Wegscheid state border, in Kollerschlag towards Sarleinsbach approx. 6 km arrival in Sarleinsbach.
