Peace and serenity "in den Winten"
Our motto: A house full of peace and serenity. Two separate parts of the house, 100 m2 and 160 m2 respectively, on the edge of the forest and a 10-minute walk from the Spa Resort Geinberg.
Our vacation home "in der Winten" and our house "kleine Winten" are each available to our guests as a whole. We offer our guests not only our house but also a portion of trust and ask you to treat it with care. The beds are made and the towels are ready! We kindly ask you not to smoke in our vacation home (we have even set up a covered smoking area on our veranda for those who cannot postpone smoking). Under no circumstances should you smoke in the bedrooms.
Pets are generally allowed, but must be declared when booking. They are not allowed on the sofa or in the bedrooms or on the upper floor.
The Spa Resort Geinberg is only 1.4 km away from our vacation home. In the Innviertel you will find numerous other leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Reichersberg Abbey, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Fresh spices and herbs can be harvested from the small spice patch at the edge of the forest, and milk, eggs and sometimes meat can be bought from neighboring farmers.
Idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in a very quiet area of Geinberg.
