Our self-contained holiday flats are equipped with double, single rooms, showers + WC, balcony. Kitchen and living room and are divided over 3 floors. Both holiday flats have their own entrance.
Our house is in a very central location with a direct view of the Gosaukamm. The bus stop is only a few steps away. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes can be reached in a few minutes.
In winter, the Dachstein West ski region is just a few minutes away by car or the free ski bus. The cross-country skiing trail is only a few steps away from the house.

Location descriptionOur house is situated in Gosau near the skiregion Dachstein West, the next bus stop is reachable by foot in a few minutes. Also the cross country ski trails are near the house.
In summer, our house is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountainbike tours.

Motorway exit Golling - Abtenau, Russbach, Gosau.
Gosau: turn right after the Pass Gschütt junction onto the Gosausee Landstraße, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau.
Gosau: drive straight ahead at the Pass Gschütt crossing onto the Gosausee Landstraße, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: drive straight ahead at the Pass Gschütt crossing onto the Gosausee Landstraße, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: turn right after the Pass Gschütt junction onto the Gosausee Landstraße, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
by train
Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning lines
Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee
By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
continue straight along the main road for approx. 300m, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw. Pass Gschütt,
walk approx. 300m straight along the main road, turn left before the petrol station. The house is on the right hand side.
