The preservation society for saving the Falkenstein ruins kindly asks all visitors to the Falkenstein ruins for their understanding that visiting the inner castle grounds is allowed only during the restoration weekends. The ongoing preservation work is for the sole purpose of making the entire castle grounds safe for the public to once again safely visit and walk through. Currently, this is much too dangerous due to unsecured areas in the castle interior, and in some sections there is even a danger to life!Equipment:
