Description:
Starting from Gasthaus Derfler, the circular hike leads through the Trichtlgraben and the Vorderberggraben in the direction of Spadenberg and via Wirleitner and Geier back to Sulzbach.

Trail number: E38

Directions:
Along the sidewalk to the left, past a carpenter's workshop, the trail joins the Güterweg Ebersegg at the Mitterbach farmhouse. At the first bend you leave the asphalt road and walk on a gravel road always along the stream. Keep to the left until you reach a junction where the two trails E38 and E38a separate.

The large forest loop continues upwards on the forest road next to the stream. Turn right for a moment and then immediately left again. The trail continues uphill until you reach another forest road, which you follow to the left.

Soon you leave the forest and walk downhill with a view of the ridge of Kürnberg, past the farmhouses Hauzn and Jungbauern. Now you go down to the left across the meadow and from here you can again see your destination, the village of Sulzbach.
