Description:
Behind the church at the sun it starts and at nine stations up to the farm Welser you learn interesting facts about the planets of our solar system.

Hiking trail: Planetary path



Directions:
The hike starts behind the church at the sun and leads in nine stations to the Welser farm, from where you have a direct view back to the sun. Information boards along the way tell you interesting facts about the planets of our solar system and topics such as solar and lunar eclipses, the Milky Way and the asteroid belt.

The way back follows the same path.



Tip:
Climate-friendly to the National Park Region - railway station Großraming: By train you can reach the starting point for this hike in about 2 hours from Linz and in about 2.5 hours from Vienna.

Additional information:
You can extend the hike by following the hiking trail E46 around the Höhenberg.
