This medium-difficulty 2.4 km connecting trail gives you the opportunity to change sides of the valley from Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt.
After a short 500 m walk and crossing the B 166, you connect the Reitern trail with the Ramsau trail.
After an ascent to the so-called "Lipp'n Höhe" in the district of Gschwandt, a wonderful panoramic view over the valley of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt and the mountains of the Inner Salzkammergut awaits you.

From Salzburg:
Exit Thalgau via the B158 federal road towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl take the B145 Salzkammergut road towards Bad Goisern.
From Linz:
Regau highway exit onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 in the direction of Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern.
from Vienna/Graz:
Liezen highway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Goisern.
from Villach:
Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße through Gosau, turn left at the Gosaumühle junction towards Bad Goisern.
By train
Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning line:
Stops Goisern Jodschwefelbad, Bad Goisern train station, Steeg / Gosau.
By bus
