The Mattigtal motor skills trail connects the municipalities of Helpfau-Uttendorf, Mauerkirchen and Burgkirchen on a route of around 5 km. It runs along popular cycling and hiking trails such as the Mattigtal cycle path (R24), the Moosbachtal cycle path, the Triftweg and the Burgkirchen family adventure trail.
Three varied courses with different equipment invite you to train your balance, strength, coordination and endurance. The exercises are deliberately designed for all ages and fitness levels, regardless of body size or previous experience.
