Craving tender lamb meat? Regional and fresh, know where it comes from?
At the foot of the Hausruckwald stands our Basilihof: a small-scale operation with about 100 ewes and 2 rams, which are kept in the pasture from spring to late autumn. Most of the feed comes from our own cultivation: on 20 hectares of usable land, we manage 5 hectares of arable land for grains and soy. This provides the sheep with a regional and high-quality feed.by arrangement
